◉ Melting function: The plate works at about 45-55ºC, ideal for melting butter, chocolate, tempering milk or defrosting food.

of 65-70ºC it will keep already cooked food warm, so when you serve it on the table it will have optimal heat.
◉ Simmering function: Boil over low heat. Ideal for purees and rice as it works at a temperature of 85-95ºC.
